I lied. Well, I’m lying now. According to Bioware at the time, the answer that they gave for Mass Effect not having the downloadable content in the retail game was correct. But now it’s changed.

It’ll be free.

That’s right. According to Kotaku, when you purchase the game, you will have a web address and a code (or something similar; it might be attached to the installer) which will give you the ability to download ‘Bringing Down the Sky’, free of charge. Regardless, I was going to get this yet again, so this has just sweetened the deal.
